- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Our No-Fuss Returns Policy
We want you to love your swimwear as much as we love designing it. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to make a return:
Returns Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn
- Original packaging required
Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Mens Swim Briefs
- Swim Jammers
- Women’s Supportive Swimwear
These items must remain sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package the item securely with all original tags attached
- Include the completed returns form (template below)
- Ship to our returns address using a trackable service
